Design & Brand Development\nCreate visually appealing designs that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.\nDevelop and maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials.\nDesign marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded assets for various campaigns.\nEnsure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a professional appearance.\nSocial Media Design\nCreate engaging graphics, carousels, banners, infographics, and promotional materials for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.\nDesign social media content that supports audience engagement and brand awareness initiatives.\nDevelop creative assets optimized for each platform's specifications and best practices.\nCollaborate with the marketing team to support content calendars and campaign launches.\nWebsite & Digital Marketing Assets\nDesign website graphics, banners, landing page visuals, icons, and other digital assets.\nCreate visuals that support SEO, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.\nCollaborate with web developers to ensure design consistency and user experience optimization.\nDevelop graphics for blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.\nAdvertising & Campaign Design\nDesign creative assets for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.\nCreate high-converting visual content for paid advertising initiatives.\nDevelop A/B testing variations for advertising creatives.\nEnsure advertising materials comply with brand and campaign requirements.\nPresentation & Corporate Materials\nDesign professional presentations, pitch decks, investor materials, reports, and corporate documents.\nCreate infographics and visual data representations to simplify complex information.\nSupport internal and external communication materials with professional design elements.\nVideo Support Graphics\nCreate custom thumbnails for YouTube and video marketing campaigns.\nDesign motion graphic elements, title cards, lower thirds, and overlays for video content.\nCollaborate with video editors to develop branded visual assets.\nProvide graphics and illustrations to enhance video presentations.\nCreative Collaboration\nWork closely with marketing, content, web development, and leadership teams to execute creative projects.\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.\nManage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.\nIncorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.\nAsset Management\nOrganize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.\nEnsure all project files are properly archived and accessible.\nMaintain consistency across all company visual materials.\nRequirements\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, and social media design work.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\nStrong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred\nExperience creating graphics for digital marketing campaigns.\nKnowledge of motion graphics and animation.\nExperience designing for social media, websites, and paid advertising.\nFamiliarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.\nExperience supporting finance, investment, legal, or corporate
