Working closely with the marketing team and company leadership, you will create compelling stories, build relationships with journalists and media professionals, and help amplify our brand through meaningful media exposure.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute public relations and media outreach strategies that increase brand visibility and credibility.\nWrite, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.\nResearch, identify, and pitch compelling story ideas to journalists, editors, producers, and media outlets.\nSecure media placements in financial publications, business news outlets, trade publications, podcasts, newsletters, and other relevant channels.\nCoordinate podcast interviews, media interviews, speaking engagements, and other thought leadership opportunities for company executives.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and media contacts.\nDevelop and maintain media lists and outreach databases.\nCollaborate with internal teams to identify newsworthy company announcements, product launches, and industry insights.\nMonitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance and brand exposure.\nStay informed on industry trends, competitor coverage, and emerging media opportunities.\nEnsure all public-facing communications align with the company's messaging, branding, and compliance requirements.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.\nProven success securing media coverage through strategic outreach and relationship building.\nExperience pitching stories to financial, business, or professional publications.\nExisting relationships with journalists, editors, producers, or media outlets are highly preferred.\nExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.\nExperience writing and distributing press releases.\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nNice to Have\nExperience working with financial services, investment firms, fintech, legal, or other regulated industries.\nExperience securing placements in publications such as Forbes, Investopedia, Seeking Alpha, Yahoo Finance, or similar high-authority outlets.\nFamiliarity with SEO and content marketing to maximize the reach of media
