visuals, graphics, and audio elements.\nEnsure all videos meet quality standards before publication.\nSocial Media Content Creation\nProduce engaging short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.\nRepurpose long-form content into platform-specific clips and highlights.\nCreate attention-grabbing hooks, captions, and visual elements to maximize engagement.\nOptimize videos based on platform best practices and audience behavior.\nYouTube Video Management\nEdit educational videos, webinars, interviews, podcasts, testimonials, and company presentations.\nCreate compelling intros, outros, transitions, and call-to-action segments.\nDesign and implement visual enhancements to improve viewer retention.\nCollaborate with the marketing team to support YouTube growth initiatives.\nMotion Graphics & Visual Effects\nCreate motion graphics, lower thirds, title animations, and branded video elements.\nDevelop animated graphics, charts, and visual aids to simplify complex topics.\nIncorporate logos, branding elements, and visual effects where appropriate.\nAudio Enhancement\nClean and enhance audio quality.\nRemove background noise and improve voice clarity.\nAdd music, sound effects, and audio transitions while maintaining professional standards.\nContent Optimization\nOptimize videos for different platforms, formats, and resolutions.\nEnsure proper aspect ratios for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and mobile viewing.\nImplement subtitles, captions, and accessibility features.\nOrganize and manage video files, assets, and project archives.\nCollaboration & Project Management\nWork closely with marketing, content, and design teams to deliver projects on schedule.\nParticipate in content planning and creative brainstorming sessions.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\nIncorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.\nPerformance Monitoring\nAnalyze video performance metrics and audience engagement.\nIdentify opportunities to improve watch time, retention, and engagement.\nStay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithm changes.\nRequirements\nRequired\nMinimum of 2-3 years of professional video editing experience.\nStrong portfolio showcasing marketing, social media, YouTube, and promotional video projects.\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.\nExperience creating content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.\nStrong understanding of video storytelling and pacing.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nPreferred\nExperience editing content related to finance, investment, business, or corporate industries.\nKnowledge of motion graphics and animation.\nExperience with YouTube optimization and audience retention strategies.\nBasic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.\nAbility to understand creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and clearly communicate project updates and timelines.\nComfortable participating in virtual meetings and discussing video concepts, revisions, and project requirements in English language.\nTechnical Skills\nAdobe Premiere
