logistics to ensure the on-time delivery of trucks.\nProvide accurate and consistent feedback to management.\nTrack back orders for invoicing and delivery.\nCompile and distribute export sales reports.\nProvide administrative and ad hoc support to the Stock & Delivery Department.\nEnsure all company policies and procedures are followed.\nMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nMinimum Requirements\nMatric or higher.\nNational Diploma or relevant certificate in Sales Management or a related field.\n2-3 years’ experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including data manipulation and reporting.\nValid Code 8 driver’s licence.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.\nAbility to read and write in English.\nConfident and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate issues and
