managing a kitchen brigade.\nValid driver’s license.\nKey Competencies\nStrong verbal and written English skills.\nKnowledge of GAAP POS and Microsoft Office.\nGood understanding of food costing, stock control, and waste management.\nProfessional, reliable, and responsible.\nStrong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.\nSolid understanding of Food & Beverage service
