Compliance\nOperate within internal controls, policies, and procedures to maintain the integrity of store operations.\nIdentify, record, and monitor risks within the store environment; maintain the risk register and escalate concerns when required.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory and policy frameworks to prevent wasteful or irregular expenditure.\nPromote a safe working environment by enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.\nMaintain accurate documentation and records in line with compliance requirements.\n3. Customer Service Management\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure high service standards.\nRepresent the store at meetings and engagements with key stakeholders.\nAddress and resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally.\nUphold service-level agreements and ensure the store complies with relevant legislation and customer expectations.\n4. Staff Supervision\nEnsure all employees have performance agreements in place.\nConduct regular performance reviews and monitor progress against objectives.\nWork with HR to identify development needs, training opportunities, and career progression plans.\nProvide ongoing coaching and support to staff while addressing employee relations issues promptly and fairly.\n5.
