You'll own a demanding pipeline of mid-market deals, positioning our mission-critical platform as a must-have for HR, Communications, and IT leadership. If you're energized by juggling multiple deals at once, creating urgency, and relentlessly pushing toward five-to-six-figure ARR, we want to talk to you.\nThis role can be filled remote within Germany, or in one of our Germany based office locations (Chemnitz, Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Leipzig, Dresden).\nWhat you’ll be doing\nManaging complex sales processes with multiple external and internal stakeholders and leveraging all available resources efficiently\nFull circle sales responsibility, managing end-to-end process from first contact to final contract closing\nAcquisition of new customers, focusing on companies with 1,000+ employees\nPitching the Staffbase vision to decision makers in Communication, HR and IT teams\nStrategic account and territory planning by industry and ICP, incorporating key insights (challenges, etc.)\nClose collaboration with marketing, customer success, renewal and product teams to optimize sales strategy\nRepresenting Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador\nContributing your own ideas and strategies to further develop our company culture, values, and vision\nWhat you need to be successful\nAt least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role - ideally in software/SaaS sales\nExperience managing and owning complex sales projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders\nStrong closing abilities and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets\nPrevious collaboration with communication departments, IT, HR, and C-level decision-makers\nAdvanced pitching skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders\nHigh emotional intelligence and strong ability to identify and understand customer needs\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\nFluent German (C2) and business-proficient English skills\nFluency in a third language such as French, Spanish or Italian is a plus\nPassion, humor and enthusiasm\nExperience in a scale-up environment is a plus\nWhat you'll get\nCompetitive Compensation -
