Together, we’re shaping the future of workplace communication.\nStaffbase is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Consulting team and lead the technical side of enterprise customer rollouts. You have spent several years in development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering, and you’re equally comfortable in a deep architecture session with a customer’s IT team and in an executive briefing. This role is about making sure new and existing customers can securely and smoothly integrate Staffbase into their technology landscape and get full value from it. Your job is to see the world through the customer’s eyes and clear the technical path for them.\nYou’ll support Spanish-speaking customers and teams, so fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.\nWhat you’ll be doing \nLead the technical design and rollout plan for complex enterprise implementations, from discovery through launch\nRun technical discovery workshops with customer IT, security, and business stakeholders, and turn findings into a scalable, secure Staffbase architecture\nAdvise on and oversee integrations with systems like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP, including multi-system and multi-region landscapes\nGuide customers on using Staffbase APIs and SDKs to fulfill their use cases\nWork with Technical Specialists to deliver customized client applications that meet customer Corporate Identity (CI) requirements\nManage the technical project plan, resources, and dependencies, and clearly communicate status, risks, and effort\nSupport the secure setup of customer environments based on governance and security requirements\nTroubleshoot and triage technical issues during implementation, using logs and the command line to find root causes\nDeliver workshops, documentation, and customer communications in English and Spanish as needed\nRemove technical roadblocks for organization-wide rollouts\nWork with Sales to scope, estimate, and write Statements of Work, and join pre-sales conversations on strategic deals\nPartner with Sales, CSMs, and System Integrators to make Staffbase part of the customer’s core architecture and to spot expansion opportunities\nPresent technical and business value to audiences from developers and architects to executives\nBe the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering\nMentor colleagues and help build our documentation, delivery best practices, and internal and partner enablement\nWhat you need to be successful\nProfessional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, including the ability to run technical workshops and executive presentations in either language\n5+ years of development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering experience, including enterprise-scale SaaS deployments\nStrong technical grounding in integration, solution architecture, and security\nSolid web development knowledge (HTML/CSS) and proficiency in at least one language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Node.js\nComfort using the command line and application logs to diagnose integration issues\nProject management experience leading technical projects with fixed deadlines, from inception to completion\nOutstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to go deep with technical resources or explain basics to a business user\nStrong presentation skills for business and technical audiences, including executives\nExperience working directly with Sales, Success, Consultants, and System Integrators\nSelf-motivated team player ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\nNice to have: comms background; experience mentoring other consultants or engineers\nWhat you'll get\nCompetitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages, including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan)\nFlexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of $2400 \nRecharge - 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August\nSupport - we’re offering an RRSP program with company match and health plans, including dental & vision.
