As a Working Student, you will get hands-on with content that real customers and prospects read and watch. You’ll learn how a B2B content operation works from the inside, including how we use AI in our daily work, and you’ll own real deliverables from day one.\nWe offer a 20-hour/week contract, and you would be based in our Chemnitz office.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou translate and adapt content between English and German so it reads naturally, not like a translation\nYou use AI tools such as Claude to speed up research, drafting, translation, and quality checks, always with human review\nYou publish and maintain content in Storyblok, our CMS\nYou write and edit German-language copy\nYou occasionally support our PR work, such as global press releases and research announcements like our Forrester study\nYou keep our knowledge base fresh by updating and improving the sources that inform it\nYou contribute to the monthly content roundup of the Communicorn Compass\nYou edit videos for content and social use\nYou support the team with research, proofreading, and quality checks on content\nYou learn how a content and PR team plans, creates, and publishes at scale, and how the two work together to shape a brand’s story\nYou learn how to use AI tools like Claude responsibly and effectively in content work\nYou learn how content gets structured and optimized for search and AI-driven discovery\nYou get mentoring from an experienced team while working with a CMS and editorial guidelines in a fast-moving tech company\nWhat you need to be successful\nExcellent German and English language skills - both written and spoken\nConfident writing in German, plus the ability to review and edit text in both languages\nBonus: working knowledge of French and/or Spanish\nVideo editing skills (iMovie or similar)\nGenuine interest in marketing, content creation, or writing\nCuriosity, initiative, and a willingness to jump in and figure things out\nYou’re enrolled at a university (any subject; we care about interest, not major)\nWhat you'll get \nLearning Curve - as a Working Student at Staffbase, you’ll be fully integrated to the team and gain valuable experiences that help you to foster your future career.
