This position requires an individual who possesses strong organizational and management skills.\nCompensation: $50,000 - $55,000 salary plus up to 40% bonus opportunity. Bonuses are paid monthly.\nWork Schedule: 5:30am-3:00pm M-F and every 3rd Saturday.\nResponsibilities as Branch Manager:\nDispatch temporary workers to various job sites by preparing work time tickets, distributing and collecting safety equipment, and directing employees to job site locations. \nAssist in recruiting, hiring, and other human resources functions \nQualify temporary employees for work eligibility, assist applicants with the employment process, and help process payroll for completed work orders \nVisit job sites to ensure employee safety procedures are being followed \nConduct employee safety reviews and job site accident reports \nRisk and accident management by filing timely reports when necessary \nUpon hire you will enjoy:\nCompetitive base salary/paid bi-weekly \nProfit Share bonus (paid monthly)\nFull benefit package (medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD) \nGreat 401(k) with company match \nCompany cell phone and iPad \nContinuous training and development \nJob Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma required.
