en operationele risico’s van platformen monitoren.\nLeveranciersrelaties, releasecycli, upgrades en platformwijzigingen beheren.\nRisicobeoordelingen uitvoeren en verbetermaatregelen implementeren om te voldoen aan beveiligings- en compliance-eisen.\nAudits, compliancecontroles en governance-initiatieven ondersteunen.\nOperationele en governanceprocessen automatiseren om de efficiëntie van de dienstverlening te verbeteren.\nHet gebruik van SaaS-licenties beheren, optimaliseren en zorgen voor kostentransparantie.\nWerken met API’s, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow en Identity & Access meebrengt:\n\nMinimaal 6 jaar ervaring als SaaS Platform Engineer, Cloud Platform Engineer, Enterprise Application Support Engineer of in een vergelijkbare functie.\nPraktische ervaring met Microsoft Azure en enterprise SaaS-platformen.\nGrondige kennis van Identity & Access Management (IAM), waaronder SSO, SAML, OAuth en SCIM.\nErvaring met ServiceNow, Incident Management en IT Service Management (ITSM)-processen.\nGedegen kennis van SaaS lifecycle management, governance, security, compliance en risicomanagement.\nErvaring met het integreren van SaaS-platformen via API’s en enterprise-integratietechnologieën.\nKennis van monitoring, operationele excellentie, veerkracht, business continuity en disaster recovery.\nErvaring met werken in een Agile-omgeving.\nSterke analytische vaardigheden, probleemoplossend vermogen, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in stakeholdermanagement.\nErvaring met het ondersteunen van audits, compliance-initiatieven, leveranciersmanagement en operationele governance.\nJij bent in staat om:\n\nDe volledige SaaS-platformlevenscyclus van begin tot eind te beheren.\nVeilige Identity & Access Management-oplossingen te
