standards and best practices.\nDefine and implement API design standards, security controls, and integration patterns across multiple applications.\nDrive cloud adoption and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and compliance requirements.\nEstablish best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.\nSupport event-driven architectures and integration strategies using messaging and streaming platforms.\nProvide technical leadership for complex projects and mentor development teams on architecture and engineering practices.\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n\n6-8 years of experience in Java development, solution architecture, or backend engineering roles.\nStrong expertise in Java 17+ and enterprise application development.\nHands-on experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.\nStrong knowledge of RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, and API lifecycle management.\nExperience with API security standards including OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS.\nExpertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.\nExperience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and architectural modeling frameworks.\nKnowledge of messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka or Event Hubs.\nFamiliarity with compliance, security, and governance requirements within regulated environments.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nYou Should Possess the Ability to:\n\nArchitect scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.\nTranslate complex business requirements into practical technical designs.\nLead technical discussions and influence architecture decisions across teams.\nSimplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDesign systems with reliability, observability, and operational excellence in mind.\nIdentify architectural risks early and
