applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes (AKS) using Helm.\nWrite, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure application quality.\nPrepare deployment, cutover, and rollback plans while supporting post-production hyper-care activities.\nLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and technical spike discussions.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications.\nTroubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements across applications and deployment processes.\nContribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and development best practices.\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n\n10+ years of professional experience in Python application development and enterprise software engineering.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Microservices architecture.\nSolid experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.\nExperience implementing event-driven architectures using Kafka.\nStrong knowledge of Azure Cloud services with exposure to cloud-native application development.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm.\nExperience working in Agile/SAFe environments using Jira and Confluence.\nStrong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and application lifecycle management.\nExperience preparing functional design documents and technical specifications.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.\nYou should possess the ability to:\n\nDesign scalable, maintainable, and secure backend solutions.\nWork independently while effectively collaborating within Agile teams.\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.\nBuild reusable APIs and microservices following industry best practices.\nImplement robust CI/CD and automated deployment
