support.\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n\n8-10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise integration and business process management solutions.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).\nStrong experience in Azure Analytics, including monitoring, alerting, and operational support.\nProficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL, REST Web Services, JSON, XML, and UML.\nExperience working in Agile Scrum teams and DevOps-driven environments, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.\nRelevant certifications including Azure Fundamentals, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x), and TIBCO Cloud Integration.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nA proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and learning new technologies.\nYou Should Possess the Ability to:\n\nDesign scalable and maintainable integration and BPM solutions.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.\nDevelop, test,
