Execute functional, integration, and regression testing while performing defect triage and issue resolution. Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements and project milestones. Prepare clear technical documentation, project updates, and status reports throughout the development lifecycle. Proactively identify delivery risks, communicate issues, and recommend mitigation strategies. Follow established development standards, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. What You Bring to the Table: 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization. Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow platform configuration. Hands-on experience with CMDB implementation, configuration item management, and data modeling. Experience developing workflows using Flow Designer and implementing process automation. Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI features for intelligent workflow automation. Strong understanding of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and ServiceNow development best practices. Experience with functional testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Ability to work independently while following structured delivery methodologies and project standards. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience working within Agile development environments.Preferred\nQualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). One or two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or actively pursuing certification. You Should Possess the Ability To: Configure and customize scalable ServiceNow platform solutions. Design intelligent workflows using Flow Designer and AI-enabled automation capabilities. Develop and maintain CMDB data models and platform configurations. Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions. Perform testing, troubleshoot platform issues, and resolve defects efficiently. Collaborate effectively with architects, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders. Deliver clear project updates while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks. Follow ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices to ensure high-quality implementations.
