recommended practices.\nDesign and guide integrations using APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB, and other relevant ServiceNow platform capabilities.\nCollaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and business leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation using ServiceNow.\nSupport presales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, engagement planning, and change order assessments.\nLead architectural discussions and contribute to the successful delivery of complex enterprise transformation programs.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) in workflows, business processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.\nShare architectural expertise, reusable solutions, and leading practices with customers, partners, and internal teams.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n8-10 years of professional experience in ServiceNow, enterprise technology, professional services, or related technical consulting roles.\nStrong experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and enterprise platform design.\nExpertise across multiple ServiceNow workflows, particularly ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, and CSM.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow architecture, instance strategy, platform governance, integrations, APIs, and enterprise design patterns.\nExperience with Flow Designer and CMDB architecture and management.\nDemonstrated experience in management consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise technology consulting.\nExperience leading architecture and design for large-scale programs and complex enterprise implementations.\nUnderstanding of cloud application technologies and enterprise architecture principles.\nExperience in technical governance, platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and delivery operating models.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executives, enterprise architects, platform owners, and development teams.\nExperience supporting presales activities, solution estimation, and engagement scoping.\nExperience applying or integrating AI into business processes or technical workflows.\nYou Should Possess the Ability to\nTranslate business requirements and strategic objectives into ServiceNow architecture blueprints and implementation roadmaps.\nLead architectural design decisions across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise workflows.\nProvide technical direction and
