AI-powered tools and capabilities to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, generate insights, and support business process optimization.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n6-8 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education and experience.\nStrong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, workflow capabilities, and business process consulting.\nExperience designing and optimizing workflows based on customer requirements and business objectives.\nHands-on experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents.\nExperience working directly with customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support implementation.\nExperience handling complex issues, resolving escalations, and guiding junior team members.\nRelevant ServiceNow certifications aligned with the specific workflow domain.\nUnderstanding of AI concepts, AI-powered tools, ethical considerations, and their application in business processes.\nExperience or demonstrated interest in integrating AI into workflows, automation, decision-making, and problem-solving.\nYou should possess the ability to\nTranslate business requirements and customer journey needs into practical, value-driven ServiceNow workflow solutions.\nLead customer engagements and manage assigned projects independently.\nAnalyze complex functional issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions.\nCreate clear and structured user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and documentation.\nTrain customers to develop their own user stories and testing strategies while guiding them through review and
