a TIBCO BW Developer, you will: \n\nDesign, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x and BWCE.\nDevelop and maintain integration processes using SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and web services.\nDesign and construct new integration processes and file-transfer workflows.\nSupport migration projects, including process migration and modernization activities.\nDecommission legacy processes and ensure smooth transition to new integration solutions.\nDevelop and manage APIs using API management platforms such as Mashery, Apigee, or Kong.\nWork with TIBCO EMS, FTL/eFTL, Adapters, Plugins, Administrator, TRA, and Hawk where required.\nConfigure and support solutions across multiple cloud environments, with hands-on experience in Azure preferred.\nMonitor applications, configure alerts, and create and maintain Splunk dashboards.\nPerform application monitoring and troubleshooting using Dynatrace.\nConfigure and support Linux and Windows (Wintel) environments.\nInvestigate and resolve complex production issues, including thread dumps, memory issues, performance problems, and integration failures.\nContribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile Scrum practices.\nDesign, implement, and support secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise integration solutions.\nWhat You Bring to the Table: \n\n6+ years of overall relevant IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with relevant integration technologies.\nStrong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x and TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE).\nStrong understanding of SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration Architecture.\nPractical experience with YAML and configuration-driven application deployments.\nStrong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, UML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.\nExperience with API development and management using Mashery, Apigee, Kong, or similar platforms.\nExperience with Splunk monitoring, alerting, and dashboard configuration.\nExperience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring.\nHands-on experience with Azure and cloud environments.\nStrong understanding of CI/CD architecture, DevOps, and Agile Scrum methodologies.\nExperience developing and supporting secure, enterprise-grade integration solutions.\nYou should possess the ability to:\n\nAnalyze complex technical issues and independently identify effective solutions.\nTroubleshoot production incidents involving integration failures, memory issues, thread dumps, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.\nInvestigate issues proactively and take ownership of problems through resolution.\nWork effectively across cloud, Linux, Wintel, API, monitoring, and integration environments.\nDesign and implement reliable, scalable, and secure integration processes.\nCreate new file-transfer processes and construct, migrate, or decommission integration workflows.\nAdapt quickly to changing technical environments and experiment with new technologies.\nDemonstrate strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.\nCommunicate technical subjects clearly, with sound reasoning and logical rationale.\nWork independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.\nManage time, priorities, and operational stress effectively.\nDemonstrate a
