maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Splunk and Dynatrace.\nDevelop and maintain YAML configurations for containerized and cloud-native deployments.\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver secure and scalable integration solutions.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks, thread dumps, memory leaks, and integration failures.\nParticipate in CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nConfigure and support Linux and Windows-based environments hosting integration services.\nEnsure enterprise-grade security, reliability, and operational excellence across all integration platforms.\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n\n6+ years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware development.\nStrong hands-on expertise with TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x.\nExperience working with YAML configurations and containerized deployments.\nStrong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and UML.\nDeep understanding of XML technologies including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.\nProven experience with SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration Architecture.\nExperience configuring monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace.\nKnowledge of TIBCO ecosystem products such as EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, TRA, Hawk, Adapters, and Plugins.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile Scrum methodologies.\nFamiliarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native integration patterns.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support capabilities.\nYou Should Possess the Ability to:\n\nDesign scalable and secure enterprise integration solutions.\nDiagnose and resolve complex middleware, performance, and infrastructure issues.\nBuild reusable and maintainable integration services and APIs.\nSupport modernization and migration initiatives involving TIBCO platforms.\nConfigure monitoring frameworks and proactively identify operational risks.\nWork independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
