The HSE Technician is an early-career safety professional who will work closely with the HSE team, field leadership, and employees to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.\nThis is an office-based and a field-facing position that provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in HSE within the Oilfield Services (OFS) and Environmental Services (ES) sectors.\nEssential Functions:\n· Promote and maintain a culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance.\n· Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory\nagencies.\n· Assist with the development and maintenance of HSE policies and procedures.\n· Monitor contractor safety performance via compliance systems, e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Comply Works and similar\nplatforms.\n· Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.\n· Assist with workers’ compensation case management and return-to-work programs.\n· Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation procedures.\n· Assist with HSE incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.\n· Identification of workplace hazards and recommendations for corrective actions.\n· Monitor and evaluate environmental compliance, as applicable.\n· Track safety metrics and prepare reports for management.\n· Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.\n· Conduct onsite inspections, offer recommendations, and conduct follow-up reviews.\n· Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, verbally and in writing.\n· Work independently and prioritize tasks based on operational needs.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n· Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental principles and best practices.\n· Kowledge and comprehension of OSHA regulations and their application.\n· Knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws.\n· Skilled in data organization, recordkeeping, and reporting.\n· Skilled in the creation of Issue Reports, Power-Point Presentations (.PPT), and Safety Alerts.\n· Skilled in exercising discretion while handling confidential documents and information.\n· Skilled in collaborative teamwork.\n· Ability to exercise strong organizational skills.\n· Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.\n· Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects.\n· Ability to perform duties with attention to detail.\n· Fluency in Spanish, preferred.\nMinimum Required Education, Credentials, Licenses and Experience:\n· High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.\n· HSE degree or certification, e.g., associate degree, ASP, COSS, etc., preferred;
