If you want to be part of a creative, dynamic team that brings the magic of theater to life worldwide, we’d love to hear from you!\nHere is where your challenge starts:\nAs Scrum Master, you play a pivotal role in driving both agile excellence and organizational change across Stage Entertainment. You empower teams to perform at their best, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, processes, and technologies.\nWorking closely with Product Owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders, you facilitate agile delivery, remove obstacles, and guide teams through change. As Stage Entertainment continues its digital transformation journey, you will be instrumental in increasing agile maturity, strengthening collaboration, and embedding change capabilities throughout the organization.\nThis is a highly visible role with impact across multiple countries, functions, and business initiatives, offering the opportunity to shape how we work and evolve as a global organization.\nSpecific responsibilities: \nAgile Leadership & Team Enablement\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in applying agile principles, practices, and methodologies.\nCoach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to continuously improve agile ways of working.\nIdentify and remove impediments that impact team effectiveness and delivery.\nPromote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.\nAlign priorities, dependencies, and backlogs across multiple teams and initiatives.\nChange Management & Organizational Development\nLead and coordinate change management activities for IT-driven initiatives and transformation programs.\nAssess change impacts and develop effective adoption and communication strategies. \nSupport stakeholders in navigating organizational change and increasing change readiness. \nDesign and deliver training, workshops, and awareness programs related to agile working and change management. \nAct as an ambassador for continuous improvement and organizational learning.\nProject & Performance Management\nManage and coordinate designated projects, ensuring successful delivery against objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. \nDefine and track KPIs and metrics to measure agile maturity, team performance, and change effectiveness. \nProvide insights and recommendations to leadership on opportunities to improve ways of working and organizational effectiveness. \nSupport the continuous development of governance, processes, and best practices within Global IT. \nQualifications & experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree. \nMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Change Manager, Project Manager, or in a comparable role. \nProven experience facilitating agile teams and driving organizational change initiatives. \nExperience operating in international and complex stakeholder environments is an advantage. \nStrong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile delivery practices. \nSolid understanding of change management methodologies and adoption strategies. \nSufficient business and technical understanding to assess feasibility, risks, and organizational impact. \nAbility to establish meaningful performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives. \nExperience with project management methodologies and delivery governance. \nStrong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. \nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and levels within the organization. \nEmpathic, organizationally sensitive, and capable of building trust across teams and functions. \nAnalytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. \nAbility to create alignment, transparency, and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. \nFluent in English, both written and spoken. \nNice to have\nSrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent). \nProsci or other recognized Change Management certification. \nExperience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe.\nWhat does Stage Entertainment offer?\nA diverse and challenging position in our successful and dynamic company based at the Zuidas in Amsterdam. \n25 vacation days to enjoy, 1 D&I day and 2 designated days off from Stage Entertainment \nGood pension scheme and travel allowance. \nYou can work from home, but also consider it is important that you work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
