You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate record keeping, supporting recruitment and people processes, coordinating statutory requirements and helping the depot operate efficiently.\nWorking closely with operational managers, drivers and central support teams, you'll help maintain compliance standards, support workforce administration and ensure important processes are completed accurately and on time.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an organised administrator looking to develop their skills within a busy operational environment while making a real contribution to the success of the depot.\nWhat you'll do:\nConduct regular driving licence and CPC compliance checks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.\nArrange and coordinate medical appointments and other statutory requirements for drivers and operational colleagues.\nSupport recruitment administration, including raising requisitions and processing offers within Workday.\nMaintain driver personnel files in line with company and regulatory requirements.\nManage general administrative duties including filing, scanning, document control and stationery ordering.\nHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, telephone enquiries and mail distribution.\nSupport data entry and reporting activities to assist operational decision-making.\nLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure information is shared effectively.\nProvide administrative support to Depot, Operations and Duty Managers, including meeting coordination, diary management and minute-taking where required.\nWhat we need from you:\nExperience working in a fast-paced administrative environment.\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.\nIt would be great if you also have:\nExperience using Workday or a similar HR system.\nExperience using EP Morris.\nPrevious experience in a depot, transport, logistics or operational environment.\nClick apply now to start your Stagecoach journey today.
