We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Engineering Training Coordinator for our Perth Head Office, supporting our Engineers across the UK.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwning and coordinating 100+ training courses a year - from scheduling and bookings to accommodation and joining instructions.\nKeeping diaries organised.\nProcessing and tracking invoices accurately.\nSupporting apprenticeship programmes and responding to related queries.\nBeing the go-to link between colleagues across the country for engineering activities\nProblem solving / managing general queries quickly and efficiently.\nOrganising and delivering large scale events.\nLiaising with external suppliers and maintaining & building great working relationships.\nTracking, storing and maintaining electronic training certificates.\nProcess incoming and outgoing mail.\nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience in office administration and Microsoft Office\nA people-centred approach to tasks, with strong communication skills / confidence in chasing deadlines and follow-ups\nAbility to plan, analyse, and make confident decisions in a dynamic environment\nExperience in managing a variety of tasks with the ability to priorities.\nWhy join Stagecoach?\nFull one-2-one training provided\nCompetitive hourly rates\nFlexibility with the ability to work from home.
