Your mission is simple: build the go-to agentic IDE developers will reach for when working with AI.\nYou'll:\nShip features end-to-end across our React, TypeScript, and Node.js stack\nOwn GitHub issues from backlog to production\nReview, improve, and approve agent-generated pull requests\nBuild stagewise with stagewise\nContinuously benchmark competing products and identify where we should win\nImprove performance, reliability, and developer experience\nCreate reusable UX patterns that scale across the product\nIf you enjoy eliminating unnecessary re-renders, squeezing out performance gains, refining interactions, and turning rough ideas into polished products, you'll probably enjoy this role.\nWho We're Looking For\nStrong TypeScript & React experience\nSolid Node.js experience\nDaily user of agentic coding tools\nComfortable taking ownership and driving projects independently\nUnderstands what makes products feel great\nExcellent English skills\nBasic German skills\nReact and TypeScript expertise are not optional.
