You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting corporate departments with valuable financial insights and contributing to the ongoing digital finance transformation.\n\nWhat are you going to do?\n\n Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process for holding entities in Excel, SAP and SAP BPC in accordance with IFRS.\n\n Act as a trusted finance business partner for Corporate functions including IT, Treasury, HR, Legal, Tax, Operations and R&D.\n\n Support budgeting, cost control, variance analyses and financial reporting for management, stakeholder and auditors.\n\n Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and statutory reporting requirements.\n\n Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat do you bring?\n\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or a related field.\n\n At least 7 years of experience in Financial Control, Reporting or Accounting within an international environment or accountancy.\n\n Strong knowledge of IFRS, Financial Control and Reporting; experience with SAP ERP and SAP BPC is an advantage.\n\n Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills combined with strong analytical capabilities.\n\n Proactive business partner with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.\n\nAbout Stahl\n\nStahl is a world leader in specialty coatings for flexible materials.
