drive and develop our sales in Greece.\n\nWe are looking for a candidate who:\n\nHas experience in active sales.\n\nResides in Greece (Thessaloniki or Athens).\n\nIs fluent in Greek and Ukrainian (Russian is also acceptable).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop sales strategies and expand sales within the assigned territory.\n\nAchieve and exceed sales targets.\n\nMonitor timely and full payment for products and ensure clients fulfill their contractual obligations.\n\nConduct face-to-face meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as participate in industry trade shows and events.\n\nMonitor the Beauty market and competitors to refine the sales strategy.\n\nVisit sales outlets across the assigned territory.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n2+ years of experience in active sales.\n\nFluency in Ukrainian or Russian.\n\nGreek language proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n\nValid driver’s license and access to a personal car.\n\nReadiness for business trips (at least 5 business days per month).\n\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.\n\nStrong negotiation skills.\n\nResult-oriented mindset, self-organization, and excellent communication skills.\n\nWhat We
