We are looking for someone who works independently and collaboratively, enjoys cross-functional partnerships, and brings solid experience in learning program management.\nWhat you will be doing:\nPlanning the learning calendar based on organizational needs.\nCoordinating 1:1 coaching programs end to end.\nProducing and managing online, live, and hybrid learning events.\nHandling program communications and LMS administration.\nDeveloping and curating learning resources and marketing materials.\nPreparing speakers and instructors for successful delivery.\nTracking learning data and managing learner communities on Slack and Teams.\nGathering feedback, managing deliverables, and mitigating risks to drive program adoption.\nWhat we need to see:\nSomeone who enjoys creative problem-solving and can take our client's learning roadmap from concept to execution, managing rollout, adoption, and ongoing maintenance along the way.\nBackground in adult learning:degrees in Education, Psychology, or Communications, or equivalent experience in learning roles.\nHands-on experience coordinating global learning programs at scalewith an aptitude for experimentation and iteration.\nProficiency with business and AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, MS Office, Smartsheet, Lovable, and Canva.\nAbout Sustainable Talent\nSustainable Talent is a certified woman-owned company specializing in recruitment, consulting, and workforce solutions.
