compliance.\n\nCoordinate with service staff to ensure smooth food operations.\n\nAssist in menu planning, food R&D, and new dish development.\n\nMonitor food costs, portion control, and kitchen efficiency.\n\nTake charge of kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence.\n\nRequirements / About You:\n\nMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Kitchen operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.\n\nStrong experience in Hot Kitchen, Western Food preparation is essential.\n\nStrong leadership and people management skills.\n\nGood understanding of kitchen operations, manpower planning, inventory, and cost control.\n\nAble to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGood problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.\n\nGood knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.\n\nAble to monitor sales performance, food cost, labour cost, wastage,
