(Software) to join our team at Stampede Solution.\n\nIn this role, you will work closely with clients, business users, project leaders and software developers to understand business requirements, analyse existing processes and translate business needs into practical software solutions.\n\nYou will be involved in various stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to system testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements.\n\nThis opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and technology, and developing their expertise in business analysis and software solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRequirements Gathering & Business Analysis\n\nEngage with clients, business users and internal stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements to support software development and system enhancements.\n\nAnalyse existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.\n\nConduct research and recommend practical solutions to improve system functionality and business operations.\n\nDocumentation & Solution Design\n\nPrepare and maintain business and system documentation, including System Requirements Documents (SRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories and technical specifications.\n\nDevelop process flows, wireframes, mock-ups and supporting materials to communicate proposed solutions.\n\nCollaborate with software developers and project teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs and functionalities.\n\nEnsure documentation remains accurate, organised and updated throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nSystem Testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)\n\nSupport System Testing (ST) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate system functionality against business requirements.\n\nDevelop and execute relevant test scenarios to identify system defects, gaps or inconsistencies.\n\nWork closely with development teams to investigate issues, validate fixes and ensure system enhancements meet user expectations.\n\nSupport testing and validation of new system releases before deployment.\n\nStakeholder & Change Management\n\nAct as a key liaison between clients, business users, project leaders and technical teams.\n\nMaintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, system requirements and issue resolution.\n\nEvaluate and document change requests, including their impact on system functionality, project scope, cost and timelines.\n\nCoordinate with relevant teams to communicate proposed solutions, implementation timelines and changes to clients.\n\nImplementation & Post-Go-Live Support\n\nAssist with system implementation, deployment activities and data migration when required.\n\nInvestigate and troubleshoot system issues following implementation, working with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.\n\nGather user feedback and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.\n\nIdentify opportunities for additional system enhancements and continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\n\nBachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nGood understanding of software development processes, IT systems and system implementation.\n\nBasic understanding of relational databases and how data is structured and managed.\n\nStrong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nStrong documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAble to manage multiple assignments, prioritise tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.\n\nSelf-motivated, adaptable and willing to learn new technologies, tools and business processes.\n\nComfortable working in a client-facing environment and supporting projects throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nAdded Advantages\n\nExposure to business analysis, requirements gathering or software development projects.\n\nFamiliarity with documentation such as SRDs, FSDs, user stories or use cases.\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL or relational database queries.\n\nExperience using process mapping or wireframing tools.\n\nExposure to System
