Systems Administration\nAdminister, monitor, and maintain IT systems across all company locations.\nSupport and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure, including on-premises environments, VMware, Azure, databases, storage, and security platforms.\nInstall, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware and software systems.\nManage backup and recovery processes for business-critical systems.\nMicrosoft Ecosystem Management\nAdminister Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.\nManage Windows endpoints through Intune and Group Policy.\nSupport identity management, Active Directory, DNS, and single sign-on integrations.\nOperational Excellence\nServe as an escalation resource for complex technical issues.\nDevelop clear documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources that help the entire team succeed.\nStrengthen change management processes and help ensure reliable, sustainable system operations.\nIdentify opportunities to automate routine tasks through scripting and AI-powered tools.\nProject & Business Partnership\nParticipate in technology projects from planning through implementation.\nTranslate business needs into technical solutions and recommendations.\nManage software and hardware licensing renewals and vendor relationships.\nMentor and support team members to foster growth, consistency, and collaboration.\nOn-Call Support\nParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to support business-critical systems as needed.\nRequirements\nWhat Will Make You Successful\nWe're looking for more a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3-5 years of systems administration experience supporting Windows Server environments and Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS administration.\nExperience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and single sign-on solutions.\nHands-on experience with Intune, Azure, IIS, VMware, SQL Server, and enterprise storage technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and research skills.\nExperience with PowerShell or another scripting language.\nComfort leveraging AI tools to support troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and productivity.\nExperience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.\nStrong documentation, change management, and organizational skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.\nProfessionalism, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.\nBonus
