Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: keep our customers happy, supported, and getting real value from STAN every day.\nThis is a relationship and retention role, not a sales role. You won't carry an upsell or expansion quota - instead, you'll own day-to-day communication with your accounts, solve problems quickly, and make sure customers stay with us for the long run.\nWhat we are looking for\nOwn day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of property management companies, community managers, and HOA/condo boards\nBe the first point of contact for account questions, requests, and concerns, and resolve them quickly or route them to the right team\nRun regular check-ins with your accounts to make sure STAN is working well and customers feel supported\nHelp customers get the most out of the features they already have through quick walkthroughs, tips, and refresher training\nTrack account health and flag risks early, working with Support, Customer Success, and Product to keep customers on track\nManage renewals for your accounts and keep contracts, contacts, and billing details accurate\nKeep account notes, activity, and customer communication up to date in our CRM\nGather customer feedback and share it with Product and Engineering\nCoordinate with Sales and Customer Success when a customer is ready for a larger conversation, handing off cleanly rather than selling\nWhat you Bring\n2-4 years of experience in account management, client services, or customer support, ideally at a B2B SaaS company\nA track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and keeping customers happy and retained\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm, professional manner on calls and email\nStrong organization: you can juggle many accounts, follow up on everything, and keep nothing slipping through the cracks\nProblem-solving skills and patience when working through customer issues\nComfort learning new software quickly and explaining it simply to non-technical users\nExperience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce\nNice to Have\nExperience in PropTech, property management, real estate, or HOA/condo software\nFamiliarity with property management platforms such as Vantaca, CINC, Buildium, or similar\nExperience supporting customers across both Canada and the U.S.\nBenefits\nCompetitive
