Learn more at www.stan(.)ai\nThe Role\nWe're hiring a Data Analyst / Data Strategist to turn our customer data into decisions. Thousands of HOA and condo communities run on STAN every day - residents asking questions, managers handling requests, our AI answering conversations around the clock. That data tells us what customers love, what they're missing, and where we can help them do more.\nYou'll dig into how property management companies actually use STAN, find the features and workflows they aren't using yet, and work with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to close those gaps. You'll also own the health of our data itself - making it cleaner, more consistent, and easier for the whole company to trust and use.\nYour role and responsibilities\nUnderstand how customers use STAN\nAnalyze product usage across our customer base to see which features each management company and community uses, how often, and how that changes over time\nBuild customer health and adoption scores that help Customer Success spot accounts at risk and accounts ready to grow\nIdentify features and workflows customers are paying for but not using, and recommend how to drive adoption\nLearn from customer conversations\nAnalyze resident and manager conversations with STAN's AI to find common questions, trends, gaps in answers, and opportunities to improve\nTurn conversation data into clear insights for Product and Engineering - what to build, fix, or train our AI on next\nSurface patterns by community type, region, and property management software to help us tailor the product\nImprove our data\nAudit the quality of customer data across our platform and integrations and fix gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies\nDefine clear metrics, data standards, and documentation so everyone at STAN works from the same numbers\nPartner with Engineering to improve how we collect, structure, and store data\nShape our data strategy\nBuild dashboards and reports for leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and Product\nCreate customer-facing insights and reports that show property managers the value STAN delivers to their communities\nHelp set STAN's long-term data strategy as we grow, including how we use data to improve our AI\nWhat you bring\n3-6 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, ideally at a B2B SaaS company\nStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for analysis\nExperience building dashboards in tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar\nA track record of analyzing product usage or customer data and turning it into recommendations that changed how a team worked\nExperience cleaning and structuring messy data from multiple sources\nComfort working with unstructured text data, such as support tickets, chat logs, or conversations\nClear communication: you can explain findings simply to non-technical teams and leadership\nSelf-starter mindset suited to a fast-paced startup where you'll build processes from scratch\nNice to Have\nExperience in PropTech, property management, real estate, or HOA/condo software\nExperience analyzing conversational AI, chatbot, or call center data, or using NLP / LLM tools to classify text\nExperience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog\nFamiliarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery)\nExperience in a customer-facing analytics role or partnering closely with Customer Success\nExperience setting up data governance or data quality
