It is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and take ownership of their work while delivering a high-quality, student-centered experience.\nEssential Functions:\nStudent Engagement & Admissions Guidance:\nThis role owns the full lifecycle of prospective student engagement, from initial inquiry through enrollment.\nRespond to phone, web, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner\nBuild rapport with prospective students and identify their educational and career goals\nSchedule and conduct admissions interviews, providing clear, accurate, and complete information about programs and the admissions process\nGuide prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment process\nPresent program content, length, academic requirements, and career outcomes in alignment with university standards\nEvaluation & Process Management:\nEvaluate applicants’ educational background and career objectives to determine appropriate program fit\nAdminister and communicate admissions assessment results, including coordinating retake opportunities as needed\nEnsure all admissions activities comply with institutional policies and accrediting, state, and federal regulations\nProvide approved student outcomes and institutional data to prospective students\nOperations & Collaboration:\nAccurately track and manage all activity within CRM systems, including leads, calls, appointments, interviews, and enrollments\nCoordinate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments to support the admissions and onboarding process\nUtilize all available tools and systems, including databases, phone systems, and internal platforms\nProvide feedback to the Director of Admissions regarding trends, challenges, and process improvements\nAttend departmental meetings, graduation ceremonies, and university events as required\nProfessional Standards & Service:\nFoster a professional and respectful environment aligned with the university’s mission and values\nDeliver outstanding customer service to all prospective students and university stakeholders\nMaintain performance standards as measured by activity, outcomes, and quality of interactions\nContinue progress toward individual, departmental, and institutional goals\nPerform other duties as assigned\nPerformance Expectations:\nConsistently meet or exceed defined KPIs, including outreach activity, scheduled interviews, follow-ups, and enrollments\nManage a structured pipeline of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment\nMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all admissions activity\nDeliver a high-quality, student-centered admissions experience aligned with university standards\nDemonstrate accountability for individual performance and contribution to team and campus enrollment goals\nWho Thrives in This Role:\nProfessionals who can manage high volumes of outreach and follow-up while maintaining quality and compliance\nStrong communicators who can quickly build trust and guide meaningful conversations\nOrganized professionals who can manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously\nGoal-oriented individuals who take accountability for outcomes\nProfessionals motivated by helping others achieve educational and career success\nTeam players who collaborate effectively across departments\nIndividuals who thrive in a KPI-driven environment and take ownership of meeting activity and enrollment expectations\nResilient professionals who can maintain consistency, persistence, and a positive approach in a performance-driven environment\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\n2+ years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a customer-facing role\nExperience working in a goal-driven or performance-based environment preferred\nKnowledge of higher education regulations and compliance standards is a plus\nExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a culturally diverse environment\nProficiency with CRM systems and standard office technology\nCompensation:\n$30.00 - $35.00 per hour\nCompensation is based on education, experience, and internal equity considerations\nThis is a performance-driven role with clearly defined KPIs and expectations; compensation is hourly and not commission-based, providing stability while reinforcing consistent performance and contribution to team outcomes\nConditions of Employment:\n A job-related assessment may be required during the interview process.\n Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be physically present in the office (unless otherwise noted).\n Employment Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
