identifying risks across teams. \nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations and manage scope changes, risks, and issues proactively; propose solutions to keep projects on track. \nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and blockers. \nSupport the adoption and improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates that enhance efficiency, visibility, and accountability. \nBalance workload in a fast-paced, creative environment while proactively addressing challenges to keep projects moving forward. \nWhat You Will Bring\n4+ years of project management experience working with stakeholders and a variety of teams, such as creative, development, and production \nStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to set deadlines, manage logistics, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously \nTrack record of successfully delivering projects under tight deadlines \nDetail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture perspective \nSuperior organizational, communication, and collaboration skills \nWorking knowledge of industry best practices, project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.), and methodologies, with an understanding of creative, editorial, web content, and marketing deliverable lifecycles to effectively oversee project progress
