relevant metrics to senior management.\n Best Practices: Develops policies and procedures based on expertise to establish best practices for the vendor management function.\nWhat You Will Bring\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role.\nSaaS and IT procurement expertise - strong experience sourcing and managing software and technology vendors, including SaaS contract structures, licensing models, and negotiations with IT/software suppliers. \nStrong negotiation and communication skills.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in vendor management software and tools.\nProven experience developing and calculating metrics to monitor vendor management progress.\nDemonstrated expertise in data analytics to identify actionable steps for advancing the vendor management function.\nProven experience in developing and implementing best practices for vendor management.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.\nDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance.\nAbility to effectively lead and develop a team in a Principle-Based Management (PBM)
