About Standard Bots Standard Bots is developing the next generation of industrial robots-hardware that is powerful, affordable, and built for scalability. As we move rapidly from prototype to high-volume production, we require program management infrastructure that can keep pace. This role is integral to achieving that goal. We are vertically integrating our core manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, finishing, and casting. This strategy is essential for maintaining the speed, resilience, and cost-efficiency of our robot production as we scale. Note: This is a full-time, on-site role at our Glen Cove, NY manufacturing facility and HQ. The Role Owning how a strategy becomes reality. Taking an ambiguous, high-stakes mandate and standing up the program behind it; structuring the work, building the plan, managing internal and external partners, and driving it to a decision leadership can act on and a plan the organization can execute.
