In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, achieving business targets, building strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing team.\nKey Responsibilities\nConsistent delivery of sales targets with a view to remain apart with the monthly run-rate.\nDirectional sing the sales effort through development and execution of structured sales plans based on sound knowledge of market variables and customer needs.\nSpearhead efforts for marketing new relationships\nLiaise with Marketing and contribute to the development of new products and actively participate in launching products like staff training, campaigning and monitoring of business targets, to derive maximum mileage out of rollout.\nBranch staff awareness (to ensure that all Relationship Managers are aware of the KPIs and tools)\nBusiness development, through typical activities like; Formulating, implementing/monitoring of future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and aligning these with the business goals\nAchieve planned growth and cater to the branch’s expansion possibilities by pro-actively analyzing and proposing resource enhancements.\nEnsure that the branch achieves stable growth in revenues through focus on both funded and non-funded income.\nAML-Report monitoring - review & responding to reports daily, weekly and monthly and highlighting any suspicious activities.\nSuspicious Transaction / Activity monitoring & timely closures of suspicious transaction report - STRs raised.\nMonitor and follow AML guidelines - in compliance with Policy to ensure zero issues raised in\nAuthority of Approval for Dormant account activation\nTo ensure that top 100 customer data is updated as per requirement\nContinuous review of processes, resources & procedures to ensure that service standards are met through capacity planning, removal of bottlenecks and workflow changes.\nCustomer retention efforts with personal involvement in complaint resolution and adhoc feedback from customers.\nReview of controls on a regular basis contributing to sound operational health leading to compliance with the group and Central Bank guidelines.\nMonitor and control the Retail Client Credit portfolio and ensure that all facilities to customers and staff are fully secured and accurate and up to date records and documentation in line with the Group credit policy.\nSkills and Experience\nCustomer Relationship Management\nStakeholder Management\nDecision Making\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nBachelors\n8-10 years relevant banking experience\nMinimum Education Bachelors\nAbout Standard Chartered\nWe're a global bank connecting clients to our differentiated network, offering growth opportunities in the world's most dynamic markets.
