This role focuses on privacy requirements for client-facing digital assets, including websites and applications. \nThe Data Privacy (Senior) Manager works closely with businesses and functions’ representatives and digital asset owners, to maintain privacy notices, cookie policies, cookie consent mechanisms and cookie banners. The role also tracks relevant changes, conducts regular reviews and performs privacy controls to identify risks, and drives remediation. \nKey Responsibilities\nReview and draft privacy notices, cookie policies, and cookie banners in line with established frameworks and applicable business and regulatory requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders.\nAdvise and train businesses and functions on Group privacy requirements.\nAdvise on simplifying and improving existing data privacy operational procedures.\nUse the OneTrust platform to manage privacy notices and cookies.\nPromote awareness and understanding of data privacy across the organisation.\nMotivated by solving complex privacy and regulatory challenges, particularly where legal, technology, and business requirements intersect.\nThrives in collaborative environments that require stakeholder influence and strategic thinking.\nEnergised by delivering practical solutions that strengthen customer trust, reduce risk, and enable business growth. \nSkills and Experience\nMust-have Skills\nData privacy\nLegal Analysis\nBusiness Acumen\nBusiness Ethics\nOther Skills\nOperational Risk\nData Governance\nGlobal Perspective\nQualifications\nProven data privacy expertise, gained either through a legal background (lawyer) or relevant practical experience.\nRelevant professional qualifications/certifications, such as CIPP, where applicable.\nAbility to independently draft and review privacy notices.\nStrong understanding of data privacy regulations and ability to interpret regulatory requirements.\nAbility to implement and maintain global data privacy standards.\nUnderstanding of international privacy frameworks.
