You will manage the post-trade lifecycle, ensuring the accurate valuation, reconciliation and accounting of investment funds held in our custody. In this role, you will calculate daily Net Asset Value (NAV), reconcile portofolio holdings, and ensure strict compliance to safeguards client assets. Ensure that all process comply with regulatory and adhere to internal policy\nThe Role Responsibilities\nPrepare and deliver daily, monthly, and periodic fund accounting reports, including Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and financial statements.\nEnsure timely submission of regulatory reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other relevant stakeholders.\nPerform fund valuation activities, portfolio reconciliation, and financial transaction monitoring.\nReview and authorize fund-related payment instructions and operational transactions.\nCoordinate with Fund Managers, clients, auditors, and internal teams to address inquiries and support fund administration activities.\nSupport annual audits by preparing financial information and responding to auditor requests.Monitor compliance with fund regulations, internal policies, and operational controls.\nAssist in process improvements, system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and operational efficiency initiatives.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting, governance, and audit requirements.\nEnsure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and promptly escalate any suspicious activities.\nSkills and Experience\nA minimum of 3-5 years' sustained experience as Fund Accountant in financial services industry\nBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, capital markets and financial instruments (bonds, equities, money markets)\nSolid understanding of fund regulations, compliance standards and industry practices\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail\nFluent in english (written and verbal)\nAbout Standard Chartered\nWe're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
