# Implementation Manager, Implementation & Service, Transaction Services

Job Summary Global Implementation is responsible for the delivery of the Bank’s Transaction Services (TS) offerings to the clients within the agreed contractual service agreements, and that all digital integrations are as seamless as possible. Serving as the key point of contact for supporting and onboarding clients, this role provides project management support (i.e., ensure smooth flow of the project, capturing issues and risks, maintaining action plans with follow-ups and delivering a timely solution to meet the client’s expectations) as well as client management support (i.e., understanding clients’ business strategy and needs) to support implementation of TS offerings. Global Implementation is not just another technical role. Not only must one manage complex implementations, but the jobholder plays an important role in managing client relationships and seeking out further business opportunities. To thrive in this role, jobholders must possess a curious mind, a go-getter attitude and a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to ensure the Bank’s products are delivered in a quality and timely manner while identifying other value the Bank can bring to the client.
