Your key responsibilities includes but not limited to providing SME knowledge to drive optimization of the CLM design process, provide, document key requirements for the delivery of the strategic CLM journey\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy\nWork closely within Client Lifecyle Management Transformation team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle, mainly focus on Tax and FM regulations processes\nBusiness\nThis role provides SME design expertise for CLMT client due diligence across CIB. It requires detailed analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes to document the business requirements which are to be delivered by the technology team. The Product Owner will manage the requirement development process for a transformation project through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solutions).\nProcesses\nProvision of industry KYC SME expertise to the CLM programme\nDeveloping, owning and elaborating on client lifecycle requirements for the programme\nPresent key product enhancement ideas to various stakeholders and identifying areas of product improvement\nObtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on requirements\nActing as a key point of contact between development, design teams and business stakeholders\nAdjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release\nEnsuring defect free requirements through use of comprehensive and rigorous requirement elicitation techniques\nPlaying a critical communications role by interacting with the business users, operations and the technology teams\nTransforming data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the end users\nCreate business value through the proposed solution and implementation\nPeople & Talent\nRelevant working experience preferably in Client Lifecycle processes for APAC at least.\nHighly effective verbal and written English communication skills\nAttention to detail\nProficient in Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint and excel)\nHigh motivation and dedication to work\nProven ability to work within a team environment\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills and ownership of issues\nAbility to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgment\nTime management, negotiation and influencing skills\nAbility to ask pertinent questions in order to elicit information from stakeholders\nRisk Management\nEnsure risks to project milestones are identified and communicated appropriately to relevant forums.\nEnsure solutions and processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk frameworks\nGovernance\nAdhere to all internal and external regulations.\nRegulatory & Business Conduct\nDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.\nTake personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
