Who are we?

We’re Standard Life, a retirement specialist focused entirely on retirement savings and income. We champion the belief that everyone’s journey to and through retirement can be better, and for more than 200 years, we’ve been helping our customers plan and prepare for their financial futures.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team where colleagues support one another, share knowledge and work together to deliver an outstanding service.

If you are organised, proactive, adaptable and thrive when no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.

  • Takes ownership, anticipates requirements and works proactively with minimal direction
  • Comfortable using their oven judgment to resolve day -to -day issues
  • Flexible in their approach and willing to support the wider team when needed
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture

Our ways of working

This role requires a minimum of four days per week in our London office. Given the nature of the role and the stakeholders you will support, flexibility is important. There will be times when priorities change quickly, urgent requests arise, or additional office presence is needed to support leadership activities and key business events.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we’ve advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you.

If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best.

We’re reviewing applications as they come in, so apply early to avoid missing out.
