You will become a trusted advisor for some of the top venture capital firms and startups in the world, deeply understanding their business goals in order to implement best practices and ensure that our customers have a seamless onboarding experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the Implementation function end to end: strategy, process, tooling, staffing, and results for every customer deployment\nBuild and lead the Implementation team, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members and setting clear goals and performance standards\nSet, track, and report on the function’s KPIs (time-to-value, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and resource utilization) and use them to drive continuous improvement\nDesign scalable, repeatable implementation playbooks, and leverage tooling to automate processes to drive efficiency\nServe as the lead point of contact and escalation owner for strategic and complex deployments, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at our customers\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to scope deals accurately pre-sale, define clear hand-offs, and ensure seamless transitions post-implementation\nOwn capacity planning and prioritization across a portfolio of concurrent deployments, balancing customer commitments with internal resources\nBring the voice of the customer to Product to inform roadmap\nWhat You’ll Bring\n7+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding, ideally within financial services, enterprise B2B SaaS, or consulting\n2+ years leading a team or function, with a track record of building processes and scaling a team from the ground up\nDemonstrated ownership of a function’s outcomes and metrics, not just individual projects\nStrong finance knowledge; familiarity with venture capital fund and portfolio company reporting is a strong plus\nExpert program and project management skills, with the ability to oversee a large portfolio of concurrent deployments\nProven ability to influence cross-functionally, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Data teams\nOutstanding communication skills, including comfort presenting to executives and senior customer stakeholders\nA builder’s mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and energized by creating structure where little exists\nPassion for technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and/or venture capital\nFor our employees located in the USA, we aim to pay at or above the market rate of US-based tech hubs like San Francisco or NYC. For international roles, we aim to pay top of market for your country. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $115,000-$145,000, plus a competitive equity package.
