Are you ready to make a difference?\nJob Summary:\nAs a Senior Change Manager, you’ll establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise and refine and apply The Standard’s customized people-centered change management methodology, showing the value change management capabilities can bring to an organization undergoing significant changes to process, technology, organizational structures, and products that will deliver customer value.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSenior Change Managers will define and grow the discipline of change management across the company by:\nLeveraging the Standard’s structured methodology to lead consistent change strategy design and execution to ensure the unique needs of each change are met\n\nCollaborating with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship.\n\nFacilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables\n\nModeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change resources in the change management office.\n\nActing as a strategic thought partner for leaders and providing guidance when strategizing\n\nExpanding and fortifying our change management methodology by being a credible resource for best practices in change management.\n\nSkills and Background You’ll Need:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree.\nExperience:\n7-10 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies.\n\nCCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certified (required)\n\nConsulting capabilities (preferred)\n\nAgile and Lean experience (preferred)\n\nActuary experience (preferred)\n\nIndustry experience (preferred)\n\nKey Behaviors of a Successful Candidate:\nDriving success: Making things happen by taking responsibility for the work and setting the bar high for your ambitions, always striving for outstanding results.
