In this role you will be accountable in securing the enterprise technology and operations against an ever evolving and growing threat landscape. The role is an integral position in supporting StandardAero’s global cyber-security defenses, providing tactical cyber security objectives and implementing the security strategy across the organization.\nWhat you’ll do:\nConduct risk and security assessments, including vulnerability analysis, threat detection, and risk mitigation across enterprise systems.\nSupport internal and external security audits, including remediation activities and compliance documentation.\nInvestigate, analyze, and document security incidents, performing root cause analysis and coordinating incident response and forensic support.\nMonitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, networks, applications, and global IT environments.\nDesign, implement, administer, and maintain cybersecurity technologies (e.g., Endpoint Protection, IDS/IPS, SIEM, MFA, DLP, Email/Web Security, NAC).\nPerform proactive threat hunting by correlating activity across systems, logs, and environments to identify anomalous or malicious behavior.\nPartner with IT Operations teams to remediate vulnerabilities and strengthen system security controls.\nResearch emerging cybersecurity technologies and trends; recommend enhancements to security policies, processes, and tools.\nDevelop and maintain security documentation, reports, and technical standards to support governance and operational needs.\nManage multiple priorities and projects with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills while working independently or collaboratively.\nPosition Requirements:\nMust be authorized to work in the US\nMust be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX, San Antonio, TX, Cincinnati, OH, or Maryville, TN.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n2+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity \n3+ years of experience IT, including hands-on security operations, threat detection, or engineering.\n2+ years of experience of network and application security, threat actor tactics (MITRE ATT&CK), and incident response frameworks.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIT Security Certification, specifically GSEC, CEH, CISSO, CISA or CISSP, GCIA, OSCP and ITIL\nSDLC, and understand application security.\nContainerization and Development Security Operations \nExperience working in regulated environments or with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or CMMC).\nBenefits that make life better:\nComprehensive Healthcare\n401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested\nPaid Time Off starting on day one\nBonus opportunities\nHealth- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts\nShort- & Long-Term Disability\nLife & AD&D Insurance\nLearning & Training opportunities\nRaising the Standard of Excellence since 1911\nWith over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
