{"id":3704956,"url":"https://alion.io/job/standardaero-coordinator-kit-process","title":"Coordinator, Kit Process","company":{"id":2012860,"name":"StandardAero","domain":"standardaero.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/standardaero-com","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Oracle","truth_index":{"grade":"B","score":80,"open_postings":27,"ghost_share":0,"stale_share":0.815,"repost_share":0,"time_to_fill_p50_days":23,"computed_at":"2026-11-07T05:47:08Z"}},"role":"Administrative","role_family":"Administrative","seniority":"junior","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Winnipeg, Canada"],"countries":["CA"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":2,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-11-03T18:25:58Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-11-03","last_verified_at":"2026-11-07T14:34:03Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":3,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":3},"description":"StandardAero is seeking for a Kit Process Coordinator.\nThe kitting process involves gathering and organizing all essential materials and components required for a specific task or project.\nThis encompasses:\nIdentifying the necessary items.\nBundling them together in a kit for convenient access and utilization.\nCoordinating with various departments and suppliers.\nEnsure timely delivery of component repairs, subcontracts, exchanges, and parts orders to meet designated kit dates for each engine.\nMaintaining and optimizing kitting procedures to ensure the efficient preparation and distribution of fully kitted units, thereby enhancing workflow efficiency and minimizing errors.\nAs a Kit Process Coordinator, you will:\nDevelop, publish and maintain the kitting schedule,\nImplement corrective actions to schedules when dictated by changes in product delivery dates.\nAct as a liaison between production, engineering, purchasing, sales and customer service to control, and adjust the kitting schedule.\nAdvise management of the status of engine kits in progress, material availability and routine production problems to ensure that, equipment, and materials are provided as needed.\nMaintain kitting tracking systems to ensure it accurately reflects current forecasts, job-flow and monthly throughput.\nMonitor pacing items and follow up and expedites directly with various parties.\nEstablish methods to meet kitting schedules and coordinates activities with other departments and/or sub-contractors to meet customer requirements.\nMonitor work in process to ensure it conforms to instructions, contract specifications, production and quality standards.\nEnsure proper placement of routed and purchased components onto the engine kit trays.\nGenerate kitting measures of performance and recommends operational improvements.\nProvide input to kitting planning policies and procedures.\nBe responsible for observing all applicable safety requirements and reporting immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.\nFacilitate with all internal functional group to keep kits on rack.\nCarry out special projects as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nThorough knowledge of planning and record management\nExperience working or managing projects.\nExperience in process improvement\nProficiency in MS Office Suite\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making, leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communication skills.\n2+ years of experience in production planning and control.\nExperience in administration/records management and/or a technical role associated with technical documentation.\nBenefits that make life better:\nComprehensive Health and Dental care benefits\nPension Plan with 100% company match;
