Our on-the-job training and team of experts mean you’ll be set up for success.\nKey responsibilities and duties:\nMaintain a safe and clean working environment.\n\nConduct all work in accordance with company policies, health and safety procedures, quality procedures, manufactures and customer specification and industry regulations.\n\nRaise Non-conformance reports as necessary.\n\nComprehension level of knowledge on product of AD’s, SB’s, CEB’s and SIL’s (Training Provided)\n\nPerform detailed visual and dimensional inspection of individual parts as per inspection level specified in overhaul or maintenance manual, Detailed Work Instruction (DWI) or Engineering Repair Instruction (ERI).\n\nComplete all documents related to the work being performed.\n\nDisassemble engines as per the manufacturer’s instructions\n\nVisually examine and Detail Inspect engine parts.\n\nPerform Borescope Inspections on engines.\n\nBalance rotating components.\n\nAssemble main engine, modules and all sub-assemblies.\n\nFlow test of individual components and assemblies.\n\nTest engines and components.\n\nPrepare engine for dispatch.\nAdherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals\nCompetencies:\nCore:\nStrong verbal communication and written skills to work with internal and external stakeholders; (e)\nKeen eye for detail; (e)\nAble to use computers/computer systems; (e)\n\nSelf-motivated, and able to prioritise and manage own workload; (e)\nGood team work and problem solving skills; (e)\nProactive self-learner; (e)\nTeam Player. (e)\nFunctional:\nAdditional training/experience in a technical field. (e)\n\nAbility to use basic hand tools. (e)\n\nAbility to use and care for precision measuring and torque devices.
