This work may cover support in the following areas:\nProduction Engineering\nService Engineering\nQuality Engineering\nOperations\nFacilities Engineering\nProcess Engineering\nRepair Development\nWhat You'll do:\nDevelop repairs for engine components.\nReprocess cost evaluation and recommendations for reduction\nDevelop repair on non-conforming parts\nPerform technical manual reviews\nReview tooling requirements and implement into shop\nWrite technical reports and procedures.\nCoordinate process improvement initiatives.\nCreate electronic manual revisions.\nPerform engine performance analysis.\nFind alternative cleaning, plating, thermal spraying and coatings methods\nAssist in engine and accessories troubleshooting\nAssist in planning and implementing facility improvements, maintenance projects, and energy efficiency initiatives to support safe and efficient operations.\nOther projects as assigned\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust have completed 1st Year of Engineering studies (Bachelor's or Engineering Technology)\nStrong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.\nStrong project management skills.\nGood understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles\nWorking knowledge computers and MS Office experience/knowledge.\nMust be available to work for the full summer term, from the first week of May through the last week of August 2027 (4 months) or an 8-month term starting January 2027\nMust be eligible to work in Canada on a permanent basis.\nInclusivity Is Our Standard\nStandardAero offers equal employment opportunities for all.
