Position Description The Repair Development & Process Engineering Manager provides technical leadership and oversight for the combined Repair Development and Process Engineering teams. This role is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing repair solutions and engineering processes that support engine component maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. The successful candidate will lead engineering initiatives focused on expanding repair capabilities, improving existing processes, reducing repair costs, and ensuring technical solutions meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. Working closely with Operations, Quality, and other engineering functions, this role plays a key part in driving technical innovation and continuous improvement.
