This is your chance to bring your technical expertise, hands-on experience, and passion for aviation to a team that values skill, dedication, and continuous learning.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTroubleshoot and repair all airframe systems (e.g., hydraulics, landing gear), including performing fuel tank sealing when necessary.\nRemove and reinstall engines on turbofan aircraft.\nPerform engine runs and operational checks to ensure airworthiness prior to departure.\nInspect aircraft in accordance with OEM Light or Heavy Maintenance manuals.\nAssess removed components for serviceability and document any discrepancies (squawks), then reinstall and test after inspection.\nAccurately document all completed work (sign-offs) in a clear and concise manner.\nAccomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives as required.\nRead and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams when needed.\nAnalyze mechanical issues, determine causes, and identify the best repair methods.\nTest and repair/adjust engines, engine controls, propellers, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and flight controls.\nRepair and inspect fuel, oil, oxygen, heating, cooling, and pressurization systems.\nPosition Requirements:\n Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.\nPrior Aviation Training (Military, Aeronautical Academy, Technical School, and/or an Aviation Associate’s Degree).\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, stretch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required. \nMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nPreferred Characteristics:\nPrior experience supporting corporate aircraft maintenance. \nPrior experience maintaining turbine engine
